Today’s piece was originally presented in the 16th instalment of the Clip Of The Day series. As I just tumbled this fable that my sister Ruth sent me via email earlier today, the choice was obvious.

So here’s the introduction and first four verses of “Void,” with lyrics following below :

Down ! In the here and the now
Fell flat on the face
Cheated by science
Desolate in space

Pondering matter
Getting to the core
Couldn’t find any
Deep reality

Drown ! Committing the fault
Non-finality
Colliding hadrons
Just add variety

Trying to manifest
Out of vacuity
Root unbreakable ?
Who thinks magically !
